Install water heater
Tested system for whole home. Found a thermostat wire loose inside the thermostat and reconnected along with condensate pump tripping due to it being full, and when we moved it around, it emptied itself. Also tested thoroughly after we turned it on from the thermostat and found the system is extremely dirty inside and out. Also found all of the capacitors and the Hardart kit failing on the system. This system is very old with R 22 refrigerant and the system does low on refrigerant at this time. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
